SHIPPING & LOGISTIC
How long does it take for delivery of product?
Upon confirmation of the Sales Order, products with ready stock will be arranged for delivery within 1 to 2 weeks according to Sales Order sequence. Customer Support Team will get in touch with you to arrange and confirm on the allocated delivery day 3 to 4 days beforehand.
For products without existing stock or requires pre-order, delivery period will usually require around 30 to 60 days unless otherwise stated by our Ergonomic Consultants.Â
Any charges for delivery fee?
Delivery is FREE for Klang Valley locations.
Charges will apply accordingly for outstation and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) locations based on the address given. Outstation and East Malaysia deliveries will be managed by an appointed 3rd party logistic company.      To ease the process in quoting of the logistic fee, we will require the following to be submitted:                   1. State (eg: Johor / Sabah )                                                                              2. Full Address (eg: name of the road; Jalan Kencana 1a/12)                                                  3. Postcode                                                                                            4. Landed property or Condo (in order to arrange for manpower services)                                     Â

Is product installation provided or self assembly?
Yes, installation for both ergonomic table and chair is provided for Klang Valley customers. Product will be assembled in our warehouse and delivered to you.Â
For outstation orders, we recommend to deliver product to you in our well protected carton box packaging to ensure no damages on the product. 3rd party logistic company will be appointed to handle outstation and East Malaysia deliveries.
Both the Installation Handbook and complete step by step guided Installation Video will be provided.

Can I option for self collection?
Yes, you may inform us during your purchase and we will arrange for the necessary procedures for your self pick up of product from our warehouse.
Do you deliver worldwide?
You may furnish us with necessary details and we will appoint a 3rd party forwarding company to manage the shipment to you at a cost which will be bear by customer.Â
