WARRANTY
How long is the warranty period?

1 Year Warranty. Covers for all manufacturing defect which comprises of failure or issues from the following:

TABLE

– Mechanism for table height adjustment 

– Mechanism for tilting of desktop panel 

 

CHAIR 

– Seat and backrest mechanism for height adjustment 

– Seat mechanism for inwards and outwards adjustment 

– Auto-Pressure lock castors

 

Warranty does not cover on human made defects or wear and tear.

Is there any charges for replacement of parts?

NO charges for replacement of parts due to manufacturing defects and within 1 Year warranty period.

Charges is applicable should the warranty period is over and price is based on respective parts.

Do I need to deliver the product to Service Centre?

On-site Technical Servicing is provided during the warranty period for all Klang Valley customers. For outstation and East Malaysia customers, we will courier the parts to you and guidance will be provided via video conferencing with our Technician to guide you thru the process. 

How do I proceed with a warranty claim?
To proceed, customer may report a the defective product by getting in touch with our Customer Service Careline WhatsApp at +6011 2336 066 or +6019 229 9948. Customer can also prepare by taking photographs or video to the defective item in order for our Technician to review the issue immediately.                                                                          Kindly send us the following:

What happens after the warranty period?

After the applicable warranty period, VL KIDS will continue to provide service and technical support. Parts and labor charges will be appliable to buyer accordingly. The replacement period for parts will differ and may take between  one to two months depending on the parts.
