This website is operated by VL KIDS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to VL KIDS. VL KIDS offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

PART 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

PART 2 – ONLINE STORE PURCHASES

No cancellation of order will be accepted. The company reserves the right to forfeit such payment so paid towards the confirmation.

The Company does not offer refund and exchange option if the delivery is successful.

There shall be no change in the item nor price after the purchase confirmation has been made.

The Company reserves the rights to change the delivery date and time accordingly and a notice given to customer.

Delivery date and time is on the approximate basis only and delays shall not be a reason for the cancellation of any order. No claim or other compensation shall hence be entertained.

Any complaints with regards to the quantity or quality of the goods received shall be made known to The Company within 2 days from the date of receipt/delivery of the goods along with visuals as proof.

Goods sold are not returnable.

Failure to accept goods after Two(2) months grace period from the date of confirmed delivery shall be deemed as cancelled order and The Company reserves the rights to dispose of any such goods as it deems fit.

The Company accepts no liability for any consequential loss or damage whatever, however caused.

Under some circumstances, we may cancel the order without notice or compensation. Such circumstances would include the inability to obtain materials, labour and supplies, strikes, lock outs and other forms of industrial actions or disputes, fires, flood, drought, weather conditions, war, civil disturbance, act of God, any other cause beyond our control, making it impossible for us to fulfil the order. In such circumstances, the deposit paid will be refunded without interest.

The above terms and conditions are subject to change by The Company without prior notice.

PART 3 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

The colours and images of our products are displayed and uploaded to our website as accurately as possible as to the display items which is in out showroom. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

You agree to provide all necessary information requested in order for all purchases made at our store to process accordingly. You agree to promptly update your account and information such as your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
